Kathryn Quetel has helped to grow Bornstein Law for over 17 years. Her area of practice focuses on real estate, with specialization in landlord-tenant law, matters appearing before the San Francisco Rent Board, negotiating tenant buyouts for the purpose of selling property, and real estate litigation.
Kathryn also works closely with several of the Bay Area’s largest residential and commercial property management companies. Prior to joining the firm, Kathryn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Ishmael Meyers of the U.S. Virgin Islands Superior Court.
Ms. Quetel is a member of both the State Bar of California and the U.S. Virgin Islands Bar Association. She is a graduate of the University of the Pacific’s McGeorge School of Law, and received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Hampshire College in Amherst, Massachusetts.
